For companies building enterprise agents
Integration infrastructure
for enterprise agents.
Ampersand reduces the amount of customer-specific integration engineering required to deploy and operate agents, while preserving the native capabilities of each system.
How pricing works
Priced by infrastructure consumption.
Usage is measured in Ampersand actions: Read, Write, Subscribe, Search, and Proxy. Your plan reflects your expected consumption, deployment requirements, and support tier.
We can help you model expected usage before you commit.

Each customer’s implementation matters.
An enterprise agent integrates with a customer’s implementation of Salesforce, NetSuite or SAP, including its customizations, permission constraints, and operating conventions. Integration infrastructure needs to make that implementation a managed part of the product. Otherwise, the agent builder still owns the hardest work after the connection succeeds.

Questions about working with Ampersand.
-
How do we keep costs predictable as usage grows?
We model the initial backfill, expected production usage, and likely growth with you before agreeing on a plan. Our proposal defines the included action volume, additional usage rates, and deployment requirements. We help you configure integrations to avoid unnecessary consumption.
-
We’ve bought integration tools before. How do we know this will actually work?
We are beloved by engineering teams big and small, and have helped many teams migrate off of legacy iPaaS platforms and unified APIs. Ampersand is purpose-built to be an extensible platform for deep enterprise-grade integrations, so you will never outgrow Ampersand.
-
Can we migrate existing integrations, and what if we later offboard?
We have API endpoints for importing existing API keys and OAuth tokens, so your customers do not have to re-authenticate. We can also work with you to replicate your existing integration functionality in Ampersand and design a rollout plan. You can also export API keys and OAuth tokens at any time, so you have full ownership of your customers’ credentials.
-
How secure is Ampersand? How do you handle customer data?
We take security very seriously, and our infrastructure fulfills a number of compliance standards, including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR. We conduct annual penetration tests and audits. Unlike unified APIs, we do not persist your customers’ SaaS data. The only customer data that we persist is installation metadata, mappings, and access credentials that are necessary for the integration. We encrypt credentials in transit and at rest, and rotate encryption keys regularly.
-
What kind of domain expertise do Forward Deployed Experts have?
Our experts have knowledge of the system of record you’re integrating with and technical details of your integration. For a financial integration, that can mean understanding accounting and revenue recognition alongside APIs. They also learn your product’s goal so they can guide your customer teams and make sound implementation decisions. We discuss the support you need during your evaluation.
-
If I’m on the enterprise plan, how much work will our own engineers and solutions team still need to do?
Our experts learn your product and integration architecture so they can investigate APIs, payloads, and logs before involving your engineers. We handle configuration and diagnosis within the agreed scope. When a blocker needs your team, we bring reproduction steps, evidence, customer impact, and a recommended next step. Your team still supplies product context, owns application changes, and validates the integration against its requirements. We agree those responsibilities before onboarding begins.
